When will my order be shipped? Each order is prepared with care and intention. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Once your parcel begins its journey, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its path.
How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by region and shipping method. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–5 business days, though distant realms may take a bit longer.
Do you ship internationally? No — VixSin’s WitchPit does not currently ship worldwide. International shipping is something we're hoping to enable in the future. 
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn’t yet left our lair, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Reach out swiftly with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options. Your transaction is always protected by encrypted systems.

How do I start a return? Simply contact the VixSin’s WitchPit support team with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return ritual step by step.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued once your returned item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Do your products come with a warranty? Some items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any applicable details will be listed directly on the product page.

Do I need an account to place an order? No — you may check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows you to track your orders and save your details for future visits to the WitchPit.
